Abstract

The article is dedicated to E.T. Gaidar, a Russian statesman and politician, economist who was an ideologist and leader of radical and liberal economic reforms in the early 1990s. in Russia. He played an important role in the emergence of the State University - the Higher School of Economics, in the determination of its face - the desire for basic research at the forefront of science, coupled with the active promotion of transformations leading to the development of Russia as a free democratic state with an effective market economy.
