Abstract

In the previous issue of the journal, two lectures were published from the course "Public expenditure", which is part of the General course" public sector Economics " for master's students of HSE. The first lecture was devoted to the problems of expenses for support of enterprises and sectors of the private sector of the economy, the second - social insurance. In this issue, we conclude the section "Public spending", publishing three more lectures of this cycle. Two of them also consider specific areas of public expenditure in market economies - social assistance programmes and housing programmes. The last lecture is devoted to a more General problem - the growth of public spending in the economy.
