The relationship between inflation and economic growth in Russia is studied on the basis of a macroeconomic model describing the dynamics of aggregate income in the main structural segments of the real sector. The main factors determining the conditions of economic growth in Russia are identified, the priorities of macroeconomic policy focused on financial stabilization and production growth are formulated.
